Project Management Tools

On a recent project my team and I used Monday.com and found it to be extremely valuable. We were able to post documents and videos, set timelines, and pass work on to the next person all in one place. It also proved to be a great source of communication.

This is a critical tool for large scale project planning and scheduling of tasks. All events and people involved along with the start and end time are clearly displayed.

Trello
I frequently use this free online tool when working with small groups on less complex projects. Here is a sample and also a PowerPoint that explains Trello.
